7 #EssentialOils that fixed my #lowlibido


I have suffered from low libido after I had my kids each time, so twice now I have had to employ conventional and unconventional methods to overcome low libido. For the most conventional methods, you can read my post here

For the second time around I decided to go the unconventional method and use essential oils. I got into essentials oils because I wanted more aromatherapeutic sense in my home. I really liked the smell of lemongrass and how it makes me feel energized. These are the 3 essential oils I use consistently.

After a lot of trial and error and many hours of research, I have narrowed down 6 Essential Oils for Increasing Low Libido.

1. Fennel

Fennel seeds have been reputed to alleviate the symptoms of low libido in women. It also helps with menstrual disorders, flatulence, constipation, heart diseases and improves brain function. Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is an aromatic herb that originated in the Mediterranean region and has many culinary and medicinal uses. It has not been spread and naturalized as a herb around the world, but still primarily grows in coastal climates and on riverbanks.

2. Neroli

I found out that is also known as orange blossom. Neroli Essential Oil is intensely floral, citrusy, sweet and exotic. It blends well with many other essential oils and aromatics including floral, citrus, wood, spice and herb families. Inhaling Neroli oil can help improve menopausal symptoms, increase sexual desire and reduce blood pressure in women.

3. Rose Oil

Rose oils are anxiety relieving calming oil, boy as a single mom you really just need that in your medicine cabinet just because, however, it is traditionally an aphrodisiac. It has a bold and daring scent. The very scent of it can arouse you, and it boosts the libido while invoking romantic feelings which are essential for a successful sex life.

4. Jasmine

Jasmine oil is what I use as a sensual massage oil. The scent does trigger sexual arousal. Jasmine oil has been used for hundreds of years in parts of Asia as a natural remedy for depression, anxiety, emotional stress, low libido and insomnia.

5. Clary Sage

There are other natural ways to boost a low libido, but clary sage may help by boosting mood, according to this study, and depression can wreck your libido. Clary sage oil has a deep, sweet, nutty flavour: It also helps calm and soothes stress and anxiety to lessen inhibitions and boost sexual desire.

6. Ylang Ylang

Ylang ylang is known as one of the most powerful essential oil aphrodisiacs because it influences sexual energy and enhances relationships. It can encourage a more sensual and erotic experience during lovemaking. Ylang ylang can also help with impotence and a low libido because, like rose oil, it supports the circulatory system.
