I digress, as a mother and businesswoman on the go the struggle daily with what healthy foods to eat. I fast figured out that preparing your own food is the only way you can actually have the best quality food and track what you’re eating, which will help with hair growth and skin texture.
Here are my top Easy Breakfast Ideas you can quickly prepare with a screaming toddler and a big kid with fashion issues. Here goes;

All you can eat need is an egg which is a great source of protein, wheat bread, seasoning and lettuce. I love thyme so I use that along with parsley in my scrambled egg. Use butter or coconut oil and beat in vanilla flavoured almond milk in your eggs for a healthy choice with a sweet bite.
Avocado Egg Salad
This is so tasty and filling. Dice ripe avocado with lemon juice, pepper and parsley. Add boiled eggs and mix together. You can add some lettuce to bake it a true salad or smear all that goodness onto wheat bread or your choice of flavoured wrap. You can take this for an early lunch too.
Tuna salad or Tuna casserole is quick easy and filling. Tuna is a good lean meat and has a distinctive taste that I just love. They key here is to make it fun, it is easy just add pickles, jalapenos, bacon bits or cheese and make it a Tuna sandwich on steroids. Tuna can be mixed in with quinoa for a filling lunch or dinner meal.
Smoothies might be the easiest and the simplest meal to make. Yes, I said meal, using the right ingredients you can be filled for up to 2-3 hours, just in time for your next meal. You can either buy fresh fruit, dice and freeze until you are ready to use. For the greens the method is different. This should be the universal healthy and easy breakfast ever for moms on the go! Boiled water add to oats, a little milk, sugar and spices, grab some fruit and you can literally eat this in the car…. don’t! But you can.
Eating healthy isn’t very easy when you have young ones. The key is to start with one meal for 3 weeks and replace another meal by week 4. Just remember for breakfast eat like King, for lunch eat like a Duke, and for dinner eat like a pauper.
